Our apartments

We offer the following rooms:

  • Apartments (16 to 28 sq/m)
incl. pantry-kitchen and shower) rent € 376,- up to € 457,- incl. all additional charges (a depostit of two months rent must be paid)
  • Furnishing of the apartments:
as room, but also incl.:
pantry-kitchen: electric range, sink unit, refrigerator, cupboards
bathroom: shower, wash basin, WC.

 

Additional information

  • You have to supply your own pillow, blanket, bedding, towels, kitchenware.
  • You can rent bedding (€ 20,-). Please contact the office prior to arrival!!!
  • Our rooms and apartments are handed over in excellent condition.
  • We always rent rooms for whole month. The period of notice is six weeks to the end of the month.
