Our single rooms and apartments at Suarez street

We offer the following rooms:

  • single room about ca. 13 sq/m
(Communal kitchen and bathroom facilities, wash basin in each room) rent € 264,- incl. all additional charges (a deposit of two months rent must be paid)
  • Our rooms are equiped with:
Bed /mattress (without pillow/ blanket/ bedding), desktop/chair, lamp, built-in cupboard, wash basin, sometimes shelves.
  • single room about 25 sq/m
(Communal pantry-kitchen / bathroom facilities) rent € 376,- incl. all additional charges (a depostit of two months rent must be paid)

 

Additional information

  • You have to supply your own pillow, blanket, bedding, towels, kitchenware.
  • You can rent bedding (€ 20,-). Please contact the office prior to arrival!!!
  • Our rooms and apartments are handed over in excellent condition.
  • We always rent rooms for whole month. The period of notice is six weeks to the end of the month.
